At Kidreel, our team of dedicated mountain bikers wanted to share our passion for riding with our kids. We explored existing towing solutions but found them cumbersome—requiring stops and adjustments that interrupted our rides.

We envisioned a simpler, more flexible solution: a reel mounted on the child’s bike that allows parents to easily grab and release as needed. After creating this device for our own use, we realized it didn’t just enhance our mountain biking experiences—it significantly simplified everyday family rides as well.

Excited by its potential, we decided to make Kidreel available to everyone.
